ABOUT
IT'S MORE THAN JUST AN ART JOURNEY. ITS A PATH TO SELF DISCOVERY
I began painting when I was seventeen. I started doing it just for fun, but over time it became more than just a hobby. I felt like I was blossoming into myself and finding what made me, me. It's the one way I can say what I want without being vocal. If someone else sees or feels something different, I'm just happy I expressed myself even if it's just me that understands the piece. That's also what attracted me to art in the first place. It's a huge, other world of diversity that can help people show their point of view. In the same way we are all different, we are united in that we love to create. I have been creating on and off for six years and as of now am pursuing it full time. Over the years I've sculpted as well and plan to experiment more with that, woodwork, and photography.
WHAT INSPIRES ME: Since I've started my art journey I've been learning how to use my voice. I love to project what I find beautiful in the world and what I think is destructive in it. So much of what I've worked on thus far has been for practice, but it's still images that I find intriguing and it makes my brain light up like a Christmas tree. I will forever call myself an aspiring artist, because I'm always learning something new about my craft. There's something out there for everyone and my goal is to try and reach the world and to inspire as I have been inspired.
